A little history about Withrows On The Beach
Muriel and Phil Withrow had been vacationing in Maine since the 1920s. In 1971 they decided to buy a cottage on Moody Beach and move permanently with their six children. Living on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world was a lifelong dream fulfilled.
Their love for the area encouraged them to buy several other beach properties and start their rental business.Their love for friends and people in general blossomed as they were able to share beautiful moody beach with so many others.
While they both did recently pass on, Moody Beach remains the place which keeps the whole family together. Our family lives all over the world, from Canada to California to southeast Asia but Moody Beach is our heart place, the soul of our family.
The business has been passed down through the generations bit by bit but our love for Moody beach, family, animals and the relaxed lifestyle remains unchanged.
